His administration plans a fivefold increase in the figure of male childcare personnel to help understand its plans for 'dawn-to-dusk' education. With calling men being more involved in bringing up their children, lots of are realizing that a career in childcare is something they could enjoy. Daniel Brand, 25, works as a nursery assistant at the engage in recreation Pit nursery in Felixstowe, Suffolk. He believes many more call men would come forward if they were approached in the right way. More call men would be interested in it than at present dare to come forward if they could be persuaded it is not a girls' occupation their mates will laugh at, he said.
